Be a Better You
[ DISCLAIMER ] When listening to an electronic dance music (EDM) DJ set by K_Oxana , I heard her spin the track “ Be a Better You ” by Daniel Jaeger , on the album Be a Better You (2017). I then thought of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). It’s my preferred self-help strategy.
